2025 marks a year of strong expansion for the Group: companies with decades of experience in painting and automation systems are acquired in Germany and Italy (Rogno).
New sales offices are also added in France and the United States, strengthening the international network and the presence in strategic markets.
Opening of the technical and commercial office in Milan, specialized in painting systems.
Sami Systems is founded—a joint venture between Grivan Group and Carraro Process Engineering.
Based in Poland, Sami Systems strengthens the Group's presence in Europe by combining expertise in automated handling systems and process engineering.
Opening of the technical office in Cuneo, specialized in conveyor systems.
Foundation of the production hub in Ferentino (FR), dedicated to the assembly, testing, and in-house production of systems and components for automated handling.
Transfer of the headquarters to Rome, to ensure broader national coverage and improve service efficiency.
Expansion of operations in the transport and installation of automated systems across the entire national territory.
The first projects are carried out for Fiat Auto at the Termini Imerese (PA) plant.
This marks the beginning of national expansion in the automotive sector.
The family business is founded, driven by a passion for automated handling systems.
Operations begin with the supply and installation of equipment for the leading suppliers of major automotive manufacturers.

ductwork, exhaust stacks, and specialized process equipment. Their expertise in both greenfield
and brownfield projects ensures seamless execution, minimized downtime, and dependable long-

SMA Service - Europe
In partnership with Grivan, SMA Service supports complex industrial projects through engineering,
project management, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.
Based in Kragujevac, Serbia, SMA Service specializes in steel structures, mechanical systems,
metal fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation. Together, Grivan and SMA Service provide
integrated solutions for demanding automotive and industrial applications throughout Europe.
